Our Commitment
We review all returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, tell us and we'll work with you to make it right.
Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be:
· Unworn and unwashed
· In brand new condition with original tags still attached
· Returned within 30 days of the original purchase date
Sale items are non-refundable but may be approved for an exchange at our discretion.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at info@neoclassics.org with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Processing Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds are applied to the original payment method. Please note that original outbound shipping costs may not be refunded.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at info@neoclassics.org within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will cover all shipping costs and send you a replacement immediately.
