We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Free Shipping $75+ Free standard shipping on all US orders over $75.
Return Window 30 Days Return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
Processing Time 1–3 Days Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns of items that are unwashed, unworn, and in brand new condition with tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Sale items are non-refundable but may be approved for exchange.

We review returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@neoclassics.org with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  2. We'll reply within 1–3 business days with instructions and the return address.
  3. Ship your item back to us. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or send your exchange within 10 business days.

Refunds are applied to the original payment method within 10 days of receiving the return. Outbound shipping costs may not be refunded. Exchange items ship free.

Domestic Shipping

All US orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. Expedited options are available at checkout.

If you need to make any changes to your order after it's placed, please email us within 24 hours at info@neoclassics.org and we'll do our best to accommodate.

International Shipping

We ship internationally at USPS / UPS / FedEx international standard rates. International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates. These vary by country and are determined by your local customs authority.
