Great shirt, arrived damaged

I love this shirt, but unfortunately it had a hole in it upon arrival. I contacted Neoclassics and shared a requested photo, but never got a response. Problem went unresolved. After enjoying many shirts from them, I'm a bit disappointed in the lack of response.
