Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 10 days of receiving your items.  All items must be returned in complete product packaging as received. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange request if the items have any signs of wear, misuse or damage.

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping and Handling:
Domestic shipping rates are determined by weight and destination and are calculated during checkout. Shipping takes approximately 3-5 days for delivery.

Int'l Shipping and Handling:
International orders are shipped via UPS expedited international. Shipping rates are determined by weight and destination and are calculated during the second step of checkout. Expedited shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days for delivery. A UPS tracking number will be provided via email directly from UPS once order is shipped. All shipments will NOT include a surcharge for customs and brokerage fees. The customer is responsible for all duty and brokerage fees that may occur.
