Anddddddddd we’re back! For the first time Neoclassics showcased our collection during the world famous Magic Convention in Las Vegas, we met buyers and press from all over the world and had a blast spreading our vision. Held at the Mandalay Bay Hotel Feb 13th-15th, POOL connected crafty up and coming artists/brands with the fashion industries most influential buyers and press. 
We took this opportunity to debut our new line, proud to say we added some cut and sew items to our collection! Here’s a sneak peek:

This month’s been a blast, I met a ton of talented folks that took time out of their busy schedules to show support to Neoclassics, it’s truly humbling to see these people on TV and a few weeks later they’re telling me they’re fans of my work. Thank you guys for the support! Here’s Steven Yeun (a.k.a. Glenn) from “The Walking Dead” picking up a few shirts from Neoclassics @ the Unique LA show.

“The Walking Dead” definitely satiates zombie fanatics need for blood and gore, show some support and check it out on AMC…
I’m not sure what it is but the concept of borderline apocalyptic society and zombie breakouts have attracted my mind ever since the idea was introduced to me. Something about society breaking down, laws being obsolete and only the strong survive speaks to me; as bloody and miserable as it may be when that day comes I’m sure my team will be better prepared than others!
Zombie flicks actually teach some important life lessons:

It’s been a busy holiday season for us but I’m definitely feeling festive after showcasing at multiple holiday shows and finding countless reasons to gather with good friends to pig out. Nonetheless it’s only mid December and we’re far from done! We’ve got a show in San Diego tomorrow @ a sleek downtown venue called 4th and B, come through for some holiday shopping:

It’s official! Neoclassics moves onto the RAWards finals and is now representing Los Angeles vs. the rest of the RAW nation, still far from finished but we’re happy to be here. If you missed our show, here’s a quick recap done by our talented photographer Ray Maloles:

This independent arts organization organizes a show every month in 21 cities across the US to help draw exposure to up and comers…At the end of every year they pick 1 respective artists in each category to represent their city, Neoclassics will be representing LA for fashion this year!
If we end up on top look out for Neoclassics in Fred Segal in 2012 + our spread in Flux Magazine, Raine Magazine and of course a consultation with Project Runway 2′s Chloe Dao!
Definitely have my hands full with this competition and showcasing at other holiday shows but luckily I had my talented team backing me up, thanks again for the support.
